Attendees were:

Topics Discussed:

1. The panel discussed the use of the consultants for the independent review of the information made available to them. It was agreed to meet with the consultants on February 25, 1985 to discuss their scope of effort and the panels preliminary findings. <
2. The panel discussed the need to srquester themselves for the reviews to avoid conflicts with their normal jobs. To the extent possible this will be done, and the meetings during t.he week of February 25 will be remote to NRC offices (e.g., motel meeting room).

l l 3. The Panel reviewed the draft schedule and deveToped a revised schedule.

Next Meeting The nextp ting of the panel is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Friday, February 25, 1985.

s February 1, 1985 Comanche Peak Intimidation Panel Meeting A meeting was held on February 1, 1985 of the Panel. Attendees were:

Member Advisors J. Axelrad B. Kaplan J. Gagliardo D. Hunter J. Liberman In accordance with the revised schedule (January 30,1985) cases were discussed.

The January 30, 1985 meeting notes is partially in error in that the date

' in number paragraph I showed be February 15, 1985 and the next meeting was scheduled for February 1, 1985.

The next meeting is scheduled for February 8,1985 beginning at 8:30 a.m.
