SUBJECT:
CRGR REVIEW 0F REVISED REPORTING REQUIREMENTS On May 10, 1985 the Federal Register included proposed amendments to 10 CFR Parts 40, 70 and 150. These rules concern power reactor licensees as well as others. This office has now reviewed the public comments on the proposed rules and is currently preparing final rules which respond to these coments. Although the rules as proposed would have affected power reactor licensees, the amendments as they appear in final form do not.
Please confirm our understanding that, in view of the above circumstances, a review of the final rule by the CRGR is not needed.
