This refers to the routine safety inspection (50-293/88-31) conducted by
Mr. C. Warren, Mrs. C. Carpenter, Mr. T. Kim and others of this office on
August 29, 1988 to September 26,1988, at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station,
Plymouth, Massachusetts. Areas examined during this insaction are described
in the NRC Region I Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter.
As de*cribed in the enclosed Notice of Violation, not all personnel radiation
exposure history reports were issued as required during 1936 and 1937. Your
corrective actions taken in response to this finding have been reviewed and
found to be acceptable. Therefore no written response to the Notice is
requested.
