This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted

by W. T. Orders and M. S. Lesser on August 26, 1988 to September 25, 1988.

The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your Catawba.

At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed

cited.

described in the enclosed Inspection Report.
