Dear Mr. Noonan:

The Final Environmental Statement (Construction Permit Stage) specifies that HIAP submit periodic reports describing the progress of the entrainment and impingement programs conducted during cooling reservoir filling operations. No data were collected in the first quarter of 1986 because pumping occurred on one day only (January 6).

Please contact Mr. J. S. Phelps at (713) 993-1367 with regard to any questions.

Very truly ours, i \ \
