f We kindly request that you make the necessary arrangements for a site and Dlant visit by Mr. Hiroaki Egoshi, a member of the JaDanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry (Japanese Passport No. 81196855). He will be accompanied by Mr. Sanford Israal (Social Security No. 037-24-1770), a member of the NRC staff.

We requast that vou assign a cuide for the visit which should include, if possible, the containment of Unit 1 or 2, the auxiliary building, control room and service water intake structure. The tour should start at about 9:00 am.
