By Letter W3F1-99-0043 dated March 10,1999, Entergy submitted a request for Use i
of Mechanical Nozzle Seal Assemblies at Waterford 3. In that request Entergy committed that the results of the analysis would be provided to the NRC Staff for their review upon completion. This commitment was reiterated in Letter W3F1 '
0048, dated March 12,1999. This was expected to occur by March 31,1999. The analysis has been received, reviewed and approved by the En'.ergy Engineering staff. Attachment A provides the analysis for NRC Staff review.
