By Letter W3F1-99-0043 dated March 10,1999, Entergy submitted a request for Use i' of Mechanical Nozzle Seal Assemblies at Waterford 3. In that request Entergy  ;

committed that the results of the analysis would be provided to the NRC Staff for their review upon completion. This commitment was reiterated in Letter W3F1 '

0048, dated March 12,1999. This was expected to occur by March 31,1999. The analysis has been received, reviewed and approved by the En'.ergy Engineering staff. Attachment A provides the analysis for NRC Staff review.
