50-382 Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 Operating License: NPF-S8 f

During an NRC inspection conducted August 1 through September 16, 1988, one-violation of NRC requirements was identified. The violation involved operating the plant in a condition prohibited by the Technical Specifications (TS).

In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy (and Procedure for NRC1988),theviola Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2. Appendix C below:

Technical Specification 3.8.4.1 requires all containment penetration conductor overcurrent protective devices shown in Table 3.8-1 to be operable in plant operational Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4.
