Beaver Valley Unit 2 - Request for Additional Information on Item 1.2 of Generic Letter 83-28 By letter dated March 30, 1984 Duquesne Light Company responded to the subject Generic Letter on the Salem ATWS events. Our contractor, SAI, has completed their review of your response to Item 1.2, " Post-Trip Review: Data And Information Capabilities" and has prepared the enclosed draft technical evaluation report (TER).

The draf t TER identified four concerns that need resolution. Please review the draft TER and have your staff arrange a conference call with me within two weeks of your receipt of this letter. We expect to resolve most of the con-cerns before you provide your response in writing. We will also discuss a target date for your written response.

This information request affects fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.O.96-511.
