To assist the staff, IP has identified the sections of the FSAR amendment that may require revisions to the SER or SER supplements. These are identified in in Enclosure 2. Please note it continues to be your responsibility to determine if there are any other FSAR changes not identified by the applicant that may require a revision to the staff's SER.

In accordance with Mr. Denton's November 20, 1985 memorandum, the reviewers for Clinton under the old organization continue to be responsible for review of these FSAR Amendments and the Technical Specifications for NT0L's, unless the new organization agrees to accept the review responsibility.

To support IP's projected fuel load schedule and so I can track the status of the review of these amendments, it is requested that you provide the information called for in Enclosure 3 and return it to me no later than 5 days from the date of this memorandum. My mail stop is P-924. If you have any questions, I can be reached at x29474. ~
