SUMMARY
Dear Mr. Dugger:
This refers to the meeting conducted in the Region IV Training Conference P.oom in Arlington, Texas, on February 6,1998. The meeting included discussions of the status of the Waterford 3 Performance improvement Plan actions, status of actions to irnprove performance of the engineering organization, and actions taken to resolve concerns generated by your corrective action program self assessment.
We found the discussions to be detailed and informative, with a valuable exchange of information that increased our understanding of your performance in most of the areas reviewed, in accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Piactice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Documery Room.
