Request for Additional Information, Beaver Valley Unit 2, Response to Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3 of Generic Letter 83-28 By letter dated March 30, 1984, Duquesne Light Company responded to the subject Generic Letter. For Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3, you indicated that the " request is not applicable to Beaver Valley Unit No. 2 (BVPS-2); as the BVPS-2 Technical Specifications have not yet been written." However, by letter dated December 20, 1985, you submitted the Pre-Issue Revision 1 of the BVPS-2 Technical Specifications (TS).

Our normal TS review process is not geared towards finding answers to Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3. Therefore, it is still incumbent upon you to provide the response to these items of Generic Letter 83-28. We request your response within 45 days of receipt of this letter.

This information request affects fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
