Attached please find copies of license amendment requests we have made to the NRC since our last inspection dates of May 2,3 and 24,1985. To date we have received no correspondence acknowledging the receipt of these requests or whether in fact our licenses have been amended as requested. A recent telephone conversation I had with your licensing branch raised a question as to whether all of these amendment requests had been received.
Also, please note that I am in the process of composing a response to your letter of November 25,1985 from Ms. B. J.
