Gentlemen:
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted during the period of
July 1 through September 30, 1985, of activities at the Fermi 2 Nuclear
Power Station.
It has come to our attention that the report issued as a
result of this inspection contains typographical errors incorrectly
identifying out tracking numbers on page 2 as 341/84-07-01 and on page 13 as
'50-341/85037-02. The correct designations should be 341/84-47-01 on page 2
and 50-341/85037-03 on page 13. Additionally, the word "not" was omitted
in paragraph 1 on page 15. A copy of the corrected pages is attached.
Please update your records to reflect the corrected tracking numbers and
word deletion.
