SUMMARY
U MONTH: ' April 1992 McGuire Unit 1 began the month of April at 97.8% due to over power celta temperature spiking problems. Unit statted power decrease at 1100 on
- due to the solid state-protection systen being inoperable. The unit-was held at approximately 60% power and started power esculation at 1410 and reached:100% full power. at 2113.
At.1028 on 4/29 the unit started a load decrease due to'"B" steam generator PORV leaking.
Power esculation began at 1045 at 100% full power was reached at 1088, s

SUMMARY
MONTH: April,1992
- McGuire Unit 2 began the month of April operacing at 100% full power.
- At 1304 on 4/9 the unit automatically tripped due to loss of both feedwater-pumps on loss of condensate pumps.
The unit started power
- esculation at 0711 on 4/10 and held at 10% from 1307 to.0125 on 4/11 for chemistry.
Uni.. was held at approximately 35% from 0235 to'0410 to
. start afsecond'feedwater pump. -Unit was held at approximately 40% for
- nuclear-instrumentation calibration and at 63* from 0720 to 0830 to place.the "C" heater drain tank pumps in service. The unit reached 100%
full-power at 1928. The unit operated the rest of the month at 100%
-full power.
