NGC Ilegulations 10CFR Port 20,205,10Cffl Port 71, 30T Regulations 49CFR Ports 171 through 179 and State flegulations.
5.0 flPILIERIlRN - Licensee authorized and personnel quellfled to ship, store and recclue rodlooctive material in INC's Model lil-100 Euposure Device, Type B package, USil/9157/D(U), shipped in the Model 0P-100 Protective Overpack. USil/9185/B(U).

The shipment shall be monitored as soon as practicable ofter receipt for surface rodlotion levels of container. 4.5 Cuntamination mlpe test - Perform a radioactive contamination tulpe test of the shipphig package. This consists of rubbing filter paper or other absorbent material, using moderate pressure, over on area of 100 square centimeters of the package surface. The activity on the filter paper should not enceen 0.01 microcurles of removable contamination.

4.6 Inspection - Industilal Nuclear Company's Model DP-100 Protective Querpack (stecI drum), USfl/9105/0(U) (shipping container) was designed and approved to be used only when shipping the Model fil-100 Enposure Device, USfl/915?/Olu), Type 0 package. Inspect the protective overpack and the Enposure Device for signs of any damage. If damage is evident, the carrier and Industrial Nuclear Company should be in formed immetliately.

7.1 Packaging - The Model DP-100 Protectlue Operpack, USfl/9105/D(U) (steel drum) when shipping the Model IR-100 Enposure Device, USil/9157/0(U),
lype D Package, meets the requirements of the U.S. Nuclear flegulatory Cominission (Department of Ironsportation).
The UP-100 Protective Overpack is authorized for the Model lll-100 Euposure Device only.
7.2 Inspect the Model DP-100 Protectlpe Operpock for completeness and domoge. Inspect the Model 10-100 Euposure Hepice to ensure that the suutte is locked in its safe shielded position.
The units must not he damaged, modified, or incoinplete.
