I concur in the letter. However I suggest that you insert the phrase " fuel cycle facility" after reactor so it reads:
... include stakeholders involved in reactor, fuel cycle facility and materials emergency response.. .
The MOG decided to invite a peer reviewer from the FCF community during the MOG meeting on Tuesday.
