Cy meno to R. Vollmer, July 31, 1981, I set o.ut a review schedule for resolution of the breakwater / intake problem at Diablo Canyon. That schedule indicated that we could provide input for an SER Supplenent 16 weeks after receiving the applicant's report. Originally, the report was

to be prov1ded by the applicant in early fall. During their visit to the applicants' physical model on flovember 9 - 10, 1981, M. Fliegel of my staff and our consultant, R. Sorensen, were told by the applicant that a draft report would be provided by Thanksgiving. However, we have not yet received that report. lie note that were the report to be received at this time, and we have no indication from the applicant that it is forthcoming, our schedule would result in a mid-May date for our input to an SER Supplement.
