SUBJECT:

December 6, 1994 letter from Nary Grimmett to Senator John Glen I discussed the above letter with Don Funk and Roland Lickus. Don stated that because there was nothing in the letter that would require NRC action or concern from a regulatory standpoint, that it did not fall under the Allegation Tracking System, and was therefore of no concern from an allegation j standpoint. Roland stated that because the NRC was not mentioned, that there was nothing in the letter that was of an NRC regulatory concern, that she had not requested anything of the NRC, then we were not obligated to do anything to respond. We should treat the letter as "FYI" only.
