In response to your request for addition information in support of our application, our currentlicense authorizes' the use of ArcoNuclear NU-5, Coratomic Model C-101, and Cordis Nuclear omi-Stanicor Model 184A.

Our institution has never implanted and does not intend to implant either Cordis Nuclear Omi-Stanicor.

Model 184A or Coratomic Model C-101.

We currently have one patient with an Arco Nuclear NU-5 pacemaker that we are following.

So the Arco nuclear NU-5 must remain on our license.

Also please note that Mr. William Dillon with Arco Nuclear NU-5D serial number 583, implanted 3/4/76 has expired and his pacemaker was explanted and returned to Arco Medical.
