the Seabrook R1 (Ruscitte).
In my last r2 port I stated that there was little to conclude that reduction in furding to support licensing actiers was taking place. Nothing has changed since n,y last report to trake n.e change my conclusion. In fact, indications are that site activities are on the increase with the ircrease in overtire and crafts personnel. This is consistent with the plant's initiation on 9/16/88 of h?atup preparations.
