Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station As NRR/NRC Project Manager for Oyster Creek I request that you issue me a controlled copy of the following documents for the station:

Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), Quality Assurance Plan and station prints. These documents would be kept under my control in my office with my controlled copy of the Oyster Creek Updated Final Safety Analysis Report. These documents would be used by me in managinq reviews of Oyster Creek technical issues before the staff and would be available to the NRC Incident Response Center, if needed.

These documents are needed for me to do my work as project manaaer for Oyster Creek at NRR/NRC headquarters.

For example, these documents would have materially assisted me in completing the staff reviews of Oyster Creek emergency technical specifications changes in 1985 for the Cvcle 10M outage. This has been discussed with M. Laqqart and D. Holland of GPU huclear Corporation.
