1. The response to Question 10 in Attachment D to the referenced letter contained only the title block for the requested drawing. Please provide a copy of the manufacturer's drawing. SWEC File No.

2006.450-76A-072K plus any other infomation that may be necessary to clearly answer Question 10.

2. The response to Question 15c in Attachment G to the referenced letter implies that stiffeners which are designed to the ASME Code requirements are attached to the 42 in, diameter purge line inside containment on a 10 foot spacing. Provide a drawing which describes these stiffeners and the spacing. In addition, either verify that the stiffeners meet the requirements of NC-3133.5, " Stiffening Rings for Cylindical Shells" and NC-4437, " Attachment of Stiffener Rings" or provide a complete justification for the design of this pipe when subjected to external pressure.
