Subsequent to our response to the Nuclear Regul atory Comission on

Analysis Peport at the time of licensing.

Action Request.
Since the initial discrepancy has been corrected, and Niagara !bhawk has
instituted a specific proarri to help ensure the accuracy of the Final Safety
Analysis Report, Niagara tbhawk does not believe that any further discussion
rJgardi ng the interpretation of the apparent violation would enhanc e the
resolution of this issue.
