1998). The National Whistleblower Center (NWC) requests to be placed on the service lists for correspondence related to the Calvert Cliffs license renewal and to be provided advance notice of status meetings. As discussed in BGE's Answer to Petitioner's Motion to Vacate and j Reschedule the Pre-Hearing Conference (Oct. 9,1998), NWC's petition should be promptly I l dismissed due to NWC's failure to file contentions. This would moot NWC's request.
