SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-369/88-12 AND 50-370/88-12
Thank you for your response of July 22, 1988, to our Notice of Violation issued
on June 6,1988, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility.
Regarding the reasons for the violation given in your response, as the resident
inspectors discussed with your compliance group at McGuire, you did not
adequately address the basis for the violation. As a result of the discussions
mentioned above, your compliance grtup agreed to submit a revised response to
this office by September 26, 1988.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
