Dear Mr. Anderson:

This lett'er is in regard to the Crystal River 3 plant-specific probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) model that you have provided to the U.5. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and which has been included in the NRC's " library" of PRA models that are developed using the " Systems Analysis Programs for Hands-on Integrated Reliability Evaluations" (SAPHIRE) code.

This letter is to inform you of our intention to place the Crystal River 3 PRA model on the docket and in the public document room within 30 days from the date of this letter.

If you claim that your PRA model contains proprietary information, please submit an affidavit as required by 10 CFR 2.790 within the 30 days. We will review your proposed claim and inform you of our acceptance or rejection of your claim. Please contact me at (301) 415-1471 if you have any questions on this subject.
