Response to Request for Documents From Vida J. Hill On January 21, 1987, copies of the synopsis portion of OI:RIV investigations 4-85-011, 4-85-012, and 4-85-013 and the narrative portion of the 01 Assist to Inspection A4-85-005 were forwarded to Vida J. Hill.

The 01:RIV office does not currently have a copy of the January 1985 transcript of Ms. Hill's interview with Richard K. Herr. A copy of that transcript will be obtained from 01:HQ and forwarded to Ms. Hill during the week of January 26, 1987.
