We have received a copy of the following applications which were filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review in connection with the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station:
1.
An April 15, 1985 application regarding changes to the snubber Technical Specifications (TSCR No.100, Revision 1).
2.
A November 13, 1985 application regarding changes to the snubber Technical Specifications (TSCR No.100, Revision 2).
A $150 application fee was remitted with each of these applications pursuant to the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170. Based on infoma-tion provided by the OHRR staff, it has been determined.that a refund or credit of $300 is due your Corporation since the ONRR staff are accepting these applications as containing infomation which is sup application (TSCR No.100)plenental to your pending December 10, 1982 Your Corporation remitted a Class III fee ($4,000) for the December 10 application by l
