- MAY 21, 1997 MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY ON BROWNS FERRY IMPROVED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS On May 21, 1997, representatives of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met in Rockville, Maryland.

The topic of discussion was NRC staff comments from their review of Section 3.3 of the improved technical specifications for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, which TVA submitted on September 6, 1996. A complete list of attendees is provided as Enclosure 1. A copy of the NRC staff's comments is included in Enclosure 2.
