Re: La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 48 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 for the la Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR). This amendment is in response to your application dated February 4,1986 as supplemented and clarified by your letter dated March 26, 1986.
The amendment modifies Section 4.2.3 and Section 2.6 of the Technical Specifications describing the replacement and modification of the IC Non-Interruptible Bus.
A Notice of Issuance of Amendment to License related to the requested action will be published in the Commission's biweekly publication notice in the Federal Register. A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
