1986 REVISION TO THE UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT (TAC 60996)

Re: Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station We have reviewed your 1986 revision dated February 1986 of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for Oyster Creek. This was submitted in your letter dated February.27, 1986.

We request for future revisions that the changes to Figures be highlighted with lines in the aporopriate areas on at least the right hand side of the page as is done for changes to text ir. the FSAR. We also request that-for major revisions to the FSAR (e.g., deletions to Section 6.2.5.3.6, deletions to Figures 6.2-29 to 6.2-35, delet'ons to Table 6.2-15, revisions to Section 9.1, and revisions to Figures in Section 7.2) you should provide a brief explanation for the changes to the staff. We can discuss the explanation for the above changes in the FSAR in our meeting of April 22, 1986.
