I approve of the minor revisions on p. 3, but disapprove of the major revision on p.2 and continued at the top of p.3. My preference is to retain

that le.nguage which was " lined-out."

However, recognizing that the majority of the votes do not reflect this view, I have no objection to the issuance of the SRM, given that the SRM is an accurate reflection of the views of the majority of the Commissioners, and provided that the voting record does reflect my preference to retain the language as noted above.
