office, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to discuss the findings of Special\
Inspection No. 50-271/85-21. The topics discussed at this meeting included the
events of August 8, 1985, involving an unplanned exposure to a Chemistry-Health
Physics technician that occurred during a TIP Room entry. The topics discussed
are described in the meeting report enclosed with this letter.
