McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369, 50-370 Technical Specification Amendment Administrative Controls
Dear Mr. Denton:
By letter dated April 25, 1985 Duke Power submitted proposed license amendment to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-9 and NPF-17 for McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2, respectively.
The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications were primarily concerned with Section 6.0, Administrative Controls and reportability requirements. Attached is a corrected page 6-24 for this submittal which includes a reference to the foot-note, the reference (an asterik) being previously inadvertantly omitted.
The change is strictly administrative in nature a A the Justification and Safety Analysis and the Analysis of Significant Hazards Cor:siderations for the original submittal apply to this change.
This document supplements the proposed Technical Specifications revisions contained in our letter dated April 25, 1985. As such, no additional fees are required.
