APP 0INTHENT TO REVIEW COM ITTEE - UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA'S APPEAL OF NRC'S TERMINATION OF GRANT NO. NRC 04 93 089 ENTITLED " DETECTION OF DIGITAL PLANT CONTROLLER FAULTS" Pursuant to the provisions of Dispute Review Procedures (copy attached) under "NRC General Provisions for Grants and Cooperative Agreements Awarded to Institutions of Higher Education ind Other Nonprofit Organizations," I am hereby appointing you to serve on the Review Committee for the subject appeal.
The committee is responsible for evaluating all relevant background materials and documents, preparing its recommendations. and providing such recommendations to ne for a final decision.
