REVISED RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY AND EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. L30933)

Dear Dr. Reda:

4 In accordance with your application dated December 17, 1996, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-

, 1097 is hereby amended to authorize modifications to the Radiological Contir.gency and Emergency Plan. These changes were submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 70.32 and NRC agrees that they do not decrease the effectiveness of your plan. )

Accordingly, Safety License Condition S-3 is revised to read as follows:

S-3 The licensee shall maintain and execute the response measures in the Radiological Contingency and Emergency Plan, Revision 3, dated December 17, 1996; or as further revised by the licensee consistent with 10 CFR 70.32(i).

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
