I succeeded in getting in centact with via the telephone last night.

1 lie seems rather reluctant to talk to us face-to-face but I think that I convinced him a

j it took to get him to agree that he would talk to us. Ile says that he wasn't actually i: on the concrete placing crews but evidently was very nearby in some sort of a support f activity. lie says that the enly on-the-job drinking that he was ever aware of was l[ immediately before the Christmas holiday weekend when B & R blev the whletic alvaut lf mid-morning. As far as having a party with drinking etc. carly in December, he doubts

/,1 prepared a list from the crew time keeping rcrerds for Dec. 3.76 er aff of the pee; 8e that were noted aa working concrete that day. I-rom this list c( 26. f l l
deter =ined from "llrass Alley" records for Aug 9 this year who were still working and thus who were not. Only five persons out of the 26 are no longer here.
2.Two of five peepic gave so little info in the personnet records that tracing
! them I believe to be hepeless. ,
