Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find the Oinaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License" for the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications (TS) which supplements the application submitted by Reference 2.
This supplement proposes (1) revisions to position titles to reflect organizational changes, and (2) relocation of the controls for personnel working hours from the TS to the Updated Safety Analysis Report consistent with recent amendments issued for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station and San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
Attachment A contains replacement pages reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications. Attachment B provides replacement pages for the
" Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration."
