Dear Mr Fenton:
Upon the advice of R. Keith Christopher (5-29-85, enclosed) and Mr.
Roger A. Fortuna (10-25-85, enclosed), both of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and per the information contained in my letter of August 27, 1985 to President Reagan, this is directed to you.
This, therefore, is my formal request for the N.R.C. investigative report on the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 f acility as they address nuclear auditor haras-sments. We had the Department of Labor Hearing (4 days) last week in Syracuse and the attorney from the NRC participated in this action. He stated in testimony that the technical report on this issue was finished and distributed to all parties. We were part of "those parties" and we did not receive this technical report. Please provide this to me.
The N.R.C. attorney also stated that the harassment investigation was complete and the report was in the final review process, prior to signature.
As soon as this is signed, I am requesting a complete copy of this report. We have been requesting this report on a regular basis since last April 15th before it was re-written.
