Complete The Reactor Systems Branch, DSSA, has reviewed the Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) submittal, dated June 1, 1996, by which the licensee requested changes to the Technical Specifications for the St. Lucie Unit 1 plant. These changes are a result of proposed modifications to revise the thermal margin and RCS flow limits.
Based on our review of the licensee's submittal in our area of responsibility, the staff finds that the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are l
acceptable as discussed in the enclosed evaluation.
This completes the requirements of TAC No. M95472.
