This proposed change would delete the option of using the movable incore detectors.

The Reactor Systems Branch has reviewed the proposed change and finds it acceptable.

Our SER and our SALP evaluation are provided in enclosures 1 and 2 respectively. This completes tgyB;pffort on TAC No. M87723.
