The Radiation Protection Branch has completed its review of Florida Power &

Light Company's application, dated July 23, 1993. for proposed technical 4

specification changes ctincurrent with its plan to implement the revised 10 CFR Part 20, Standar5s for Protection Against Radiation.

The enclosure to this memorandum provides our evaluation of the licensee's application.

Based on our review, we find the changes proposed by the licensee to be acceptable. The enclosed Safety Evaluation documents our findings. This completes our review under TAC Nos'. M87159 and M87160. The responsible reviewer is Steve Klementowicz, 504-1084.
