Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of the physical security plan (PSP) and implementing procedures, security organization, reports and records, management effectiveness, physical barriers - protected and vital areas, audits, compensatory measures, guard training and qualifications, and contingency responses. The inspection involved 94 inspector-hours onsite by 2 NRC inspectors.
