In accordance with your application dated November 11, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1886 is hereby amended authorizing an exemption from the provisions of 10 CFR 70.24.

Accordingly, the date of November 11, 1985, is incorporated into Item 9 of your license subject to the following condition:

Condition 24

The licensee is hereby exempted from the provisions of 10 CFR 70.24 insofar as this section applies to materials held under this license.

All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.

Enclosed .is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this amendment.
