The area examined during the inspection covered the containment integrated leak _

rate test. Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective examination

of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and

observations by.the-inspector. These findings are documented in the enclosed

inspection report.

,

During this inspection, it was found that certain of your activities were in

violation of NRC requirements. We have reviewed the actions taken prior to the

t ssuance of this Notice of Violation and find them responsive to the concerns

i

raised. We reviewed the implementation of your corrective actions during the

"

inspection of the Unit 2 Containment Integrated Leakage Rate Test during

April 28-30, 1985, and determined that full compliance had been achieved and

will be maintained by those actions taken in response.to the inspectors

concerns expressed during the exit interview'on December 15, 1984.

No further response from you concerning this violation is required at this

time. The corrective actions taken and subsequent NRC followup are discussed

in paragraph-2 of the enclosed inspection report.
