Dear Ms. Garde:
This is in response to your letter dated July 10, 1985, which we have treated as a new FOIA request (F01A-85-519). You requested documents
- concerning the NRC staff's review of the Quadrex Corporation's analysis of the South Texas plant, including all information that the staff relied upon in performing the analysis of the Quadrex Report, as well as the facts and circumstances under which the staff learned of the Quadrex Report and any evaluation of the same.
Two earlier requests, similar to yours, identified documents which are already on file in the FDR under file numbers F0!A-82-513 (EMSHWILLER) and F01A-82-603 (LINDEMAN). Also, Enclosure 1 lists other documents and their accession numbers that are already on file in the POR where they may be inspected and copied.
The records listed on the enclosed Appendix A as items 1 through 92 are being placed in the POR in folder F0!A-85-519 under your name.
Additional documents subject to your request are being reviewed, and we will contact you further concerning their disposition.
