During the Comission meeting on the proposed 10 CFR 35, Mr.

De1 Medico and Mrs. Vacca were requested to submit their proposals to modify the rule so that pre-review of physician qualifications and operating procedures would be required.

please provide an analysis of the significance and impact of the suggested. changes in light of the requirements presently in the proposed rule.
