In response to the reference, we have designated Albert F. Gibson, Chief, Technical Inspection Branch, Division of Engineering and Technical Programs, as our representative for your Task Force on Regulatory Improvement.

We have also completed a review of the early draft of the 10 CFR 35 revision and will be forwarding our suggestions in the next few days.

Please advise me of any further Region II contributions that you believe would be of assistance in this matter.
