Concurrences were due July 27, 1984 Three concurrences have been received.

Resolution of-covients from the Office of the Executive Legal Director (ELD), which were extensive but not redirective, will require three or four weeks. Although the other offices nave not nat our suspelse date, we expect concurrences will be received during the resolution of ELD's coments.
